LATEST OUTREACH PROGRAM
 
We opted to take the PUJs or jeepneys for this mission. We started early but were not able to leave until after 9am because we had to fit the medicines into 3 big black Chivas bags and on one small box. We wore our uniforms proudly, with our mission ...set on our minds.

Our first stop was at the DSWD, Wangal. That was where we had our very first out-reach project. This time, we were there to just give medicines for the kids. They told us that they would very much like to accommodate the foundation in case we decide to hold another program there. The head also animatedly told us that they are fixing some of the children's papers for some of them would be flying to other countries with their new-found families.

After counting the medicines, we left the institute and headed for Calvary, Itogon. It was very difficult to get a taxi because tourists were swarming the city.

We arrived at Calvary just before a strong rain started -- lucky us! We were welcomed by a staff because the head was out at the moment. We counted the medicines and recorded them while talking to the staff. She told us that they have with them about 200 students and 50 staff members. The students they have with them range from young babies to high school students.

The rain has started to subside when we decided to leave the place. We got into the Itogon jeep and headed to town. We decided to walk around Baguio first, before stopping by at our favorite carinderia for a sumptuous yet cheap pinoy lunch...
